An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Coordinator for Engineering, Logistics and Motor Vehicle to join our Business Development Team team. The Business Development Team is responsible for building strong relationships with employers across the region, identifying workforce and training needs, and providing tailored solutions that help businesses develop their people. This includes promoting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Bespoke Employer-Led Programmes, and a wide range of commercial training opportunities that drive growth and support local skills development. As a Business Development Coordinator for Construction with Etc. you will be responsible for proactively engaging with employers across Engineering, Logistics and Motor Vehicle sectors to understand their workforce development needs. You’ll identify opportunities to grow apprenticeship provision, Skills Bootcamps, Bespoke Employer-Led Programmes and commercial training, providing tailored solutions that support businesses growth, meet local and regional sills priorities, and contribute to the Etc. income generation targets. You’ll ideally have experience in employer engagement, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction or education and training sector.
