We've won Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the annual QA Apprenticeship Awards 3 years in a row. Overview: We are currently a new apprentice in our Inverness office. You will provide various legal support to different teams within the office. What will you be doing? Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management) to accurately maintain and update client information, ensuring seamless collaboration between partners. Utilise WorkSite (a document and email management system) to create and organise new files, accurately input information, and efficiently file daily correspondence. Receive tasks via BigHand (a digital workflow and task management platform used for delegating, tracking, and prioritising work) with regards to printing/scanning requests office-wide. Communicate internally and externally using MS Outlook. You will also manage your diary using this software. Manage the reception on an ad-hoc basis which will require you to keep a log of visitors to the firm. In doing so, you will be the first point of contact when answering enquiries from clients, triaging queries and passing to relevant member of staff. What qualities should you have? Future prospects: Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
