Join our team as a Senior Communications Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding clients and engage in exciting projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with one day a week spent in our Liphook office in Hampshire. In this role, you will: Lead senior account management and direction. Take proactive responsibility for all facets of daily service, ensuring quality and standards, leading customer relationships, providing consultancy, solving problems, mitigating risks, and driving profitability and growth for assigned clients. How you'll make an impact Client Delivery: Implement communication strategies and lead projects and campaign alignment. Ensure outstanding service and client satisfaction. Lead customer meetings and workshops. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver services and explore opportunities. Ensure project quality, including detailed copy accuracy, and support communication return on investment. Relationships: Build strong internal and external relationships for effective consulting on communication challenges. Become a trusted advisor to senior customers, encouraging referrals and growing opportunities. Influence and lead internally, by providing support to all team members. Champion governance and processes. Ensure timely and quality completion of reports and plans. Accurately record time and lead invoicing processes efficiently. Business Development: Drive client development plans and find growth opportunities. Secure additional revenue from existing and new clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, attend pitches, and lead new client onboarding. About You Technical Knowledge: Experience in change or internal communications. Strong industry awareness and technical knowable. Experience: Preferred background in consultancy or agency. Experience leading large client accounts and engaging with senior customers. Experience in people management. Skills/Other: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proactive consulting skills, including effective communication and teamwork. Meticulous with high accuracy in documentation. Confident in negotiating with customers. Adaptable to changing environment Skilled in creative and copywriting, copy editing, and proofreading.
