What we’re looking for…
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for a number of AG Barr’s significant Commercial Project Portfolio. Managing multiple projects you will attend meetings, deal with a high volume of information, facilitate effective communication, and proactively drive projects forward to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
A demanding and multi-faceted role you will have the unique opportunity to work across various high profile and high impact projects that will support our ambitious growth plans.
Your responsibilities will include...
* End to End Project Management:
o Manage NPD and EPD projects all the way from inception to launch
o Maintain a comprehensive, real-time overview of projects, including their status, timelines, dependencies and risks
o Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that all projects are progressing towards their goals and staying on schedule
o Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and conflicts within and between projects and develop mitigation strategies
o Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring they are efficient, productive, and focused on key actions and decisions
* Action and Task Management:
o Capture, document, and track all action items and decisions arising
o Assign clear ownership for each action item to the appropriate individual or team
o Escalate overdue or critical action items to relevant project sponsors or management
* Resource and Stakeholder Management:
o Help to identify and allocate resources needed for the successful execution of projects.
o Coordinate with various stakeholders, cross functionally, to ensure projects are sufficiently resourced and any gaps are highlighted
o Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
* Reporting and Analytics:
o Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and resource needs
o Use data and metrics to analyse project performance and identify areas for process improvement.
What you’ll bring…
* Relevant Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential
* Project management experience and delivery in an FMCG environment
* Significant time management and organisational skills
* Advanced communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
* Proactive problem solving
* Analytical and critical thinking skills
* Alignment with AG Barr behaviours
