The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clients undergoing treatment for drug and/or alcohol use, providing support to secure sustainable employment. Ideal candidates should have experience in employer engagement and strong ability to build rapport with clients affected by substance misuse. This position involves working closely with community services and requires a driving license for employer visits and client interviews.
