Key responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating engineering and project delivery teams across multiple complex projects Bringing structure, clarity, accountability and momentum to planning and execution Driving continuous improvement in delivery, efficiency and commercial control Enhancing the use of systems and data to improve visibility and decision-making Ensuring consistently high standards in quality, safety and customer delivery We are seeking an experienced operations or engineering leader with a track record of improving performance in a technical or manufacturing environment.
