About the Role:
Support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being and helping them achieve positive outcomes in life.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
* Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
* Record and report observations accurately
* Promote safeguarding and child protection
* Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
* Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
