Job Description
Working as a Full Desk Recruiter on our Property & Consturction team at Michael Page, you will own a role which is varied, stimulating and challenging on a daily basis. This career will further develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real opportunity for personal and professional growth.
1. Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
2. Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
3. Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
4. Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
5. Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
6. Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
7. Mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office
8. Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
9. Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates

Our ideal candidate will be:
10. 2+ years in a full cycle sales role / full desk recruiting role
11. Prospecting experience is required
12. Closing experience is strongly required
13. Propterty & Construction experience is a plus
14. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards etc.)
15. A positive attitude and desire to win. You thrive on challenges and have a proven history of consistently achieving quotas or objectives.
16. Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
17. BA/BS degree or equivalent
