We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. Duties
* Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and organising supplies
* Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Help with stock control, including receiving deliveries and storing ingredients appropriately
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils and equipment and sanitising surfaces
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
* Support the catering team during service periods
Experience
1. Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
