Field Service Engineer Field-based (operating from Cookstown Depot) - £45k+ Cpl Ni are pleased to work with a leading equipment rental company to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer. This role is full-time and permanent. Duties: *Carry out maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy plant and powered access machinery. *Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently. *Provide technical support and advice to customers on equipment use and maintenance. *Maintain detailed service records and documentation. *Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards. *Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Criteria: *Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of plant or heavy equipment. *Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge. *Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. *Great attention to detail and commitment to quality. *Confident communicator with good customer service skills. *Full, valid driving licence.
