To be a successful Kitchen Porter, an important part of our kitchen team, you will need:
* A positive, can-do attitude to ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, guest crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and ready when needed.
* To take pride in your work—confident in being a crucial part of the kitchen operations.
* A willingness to learn about different food, techniques, and service styles—able to take on new tasks to support the chefs and colleagues.
* A team player—supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, especially during peak periods.
