Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse and Distribution Teams at our Bristol site and across other sites, you'll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to customers on time, in full and with your eye always on quality.
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our Bristol warehouse. You’ll lead from the front – setting clear goals, keeping standards high, and ensuring a seamless flow of our products.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, ensuring they stay motivated, well‑trained, and aligned with company values.
* Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, both on‑site and off‑site, including distribution and manufacturing, to maintain high quality standards and smooth supply chain operations.
* Strong focus on continuous improvement and generating ideas to help the team overcome challenges.
* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, though not essential.

Location
Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. It is a 15‑minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn Bridge, with free toll for those coming from Wales.
