Hays are delighted to be working with a locally established and reputable organisation in the Moray area to support in their wider team requirement for a permanent, full time Credit Controller. This opportunity will give someone with previous credit management experience exposure to working in a fast paced, high volume environment with consistent customer facing responsibilities.
Your new role
In your new role, you will work as part of the wider credit function to positively support in the management of aged debt and collection of payment from customers and suppliers alike. Given the nature of the business, you will be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage challenging queries with a professional approach to secure payment on outstanding accounts and resolve debt queries across the various business units.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a confidentmunicator both written and verbal to manage high volume debt queries and resolve payment issues. This role will require someone to have previous experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally within a credit control capacity overseeing their own ledger. You will be motivated in securing payments in a timely manner and reducing the overall debt across several business areas.
