Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dietician to join our newly establishing team, providing training, professional consultation and specialist MDT response for Children and Young People who may be experiencing significant eating problems / ARFID.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and develop the offer of ARFID pathway.
 * Develop and strengthen clinical pathways.
 * Play a key role in the development of the MDT of professionals.
 * Develop graduated response.
 * Develop and deliver training and consultation functions.
 * Work alongside VCSE partners to ensure safe and effective pathways and transitions.
 * Take the lead in promoting, maintaining and developing the multi-disciplinary concept of care working.
 * Develop therapeutic relationships with the client and their carers.
 * Participate in research within area of clinical expertise where possible to raise understanding and awareness of good clinical practice.
 * Actively engage in the organisation's clinical governance initiatives, participate in audit, clinical supervision and bring critically evaluated evidence and research into practice.

Qualifications
 * Professional qualification in dietician and nutrition
Experience
 * Significant post registration experience working in a range of settings
