By ensuring timely and complete deliveries and complying with logistics regulations, you’ll help maintain smooth operations and contribute to the company’s growth through effective collaboration. 【Responsibilities】 * Supply Chain Management * Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests * Keen on customer demand and forecast * Arrange shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and export docs etc.) * Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers * Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed * correct discrepancies between physical and system stock * If necessary, source the necessary product for customer * Answer customer inquiry in the first place 【Requirements】 * [Mandatory] Work experience as a Logistics Coordinator/Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role * [Mandatory] Experienced in Oil/Lubricant, or chemical products as Logistics Coordinator/Administrator * [Mandatory] Expert understanding of Incoterms and import / export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods/shipments clearance * Customer order management and ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines * Basic level knowledge in forecasting and re-order management to manage inventory * Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems * IT literacy (Business level) * Basic financial accounting knowledge * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 【Benefit】 * Private medical insurance * Full commuting allowance * Annual health check * Life insurance / income protection * 20 days of annual paid leave * Approximately 10 days of company holidays
