Traffic Marshall – Cardiff

Blue Water Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Traffic Marshalls for a large commercial construction project in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a high-profile site with a Tier 1 contractor.
Role Responsibilities:
* Safely direct vehicles, deliveries, and plant machinery around site.
* Manage access/egress points and ensure compliance with the site traffic management plan.
* Maintain clear communication with drivers and site teams using hand signals and radios.
* Identify and report any safety risks or obstructions.
* Support site logistics where required to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Experience & Certifications:
* Valid CSCS card
* NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification
* Full 5-point PPE
* Previous site experience preferred
* Strong understanding of site safety and clear communication skills
