Employment Solicitor - Telford Overview Fantastic opportunity exists for an employment solicitor to join this leading Shropshire firm who are rated in L500. You will have 3 years PQE and be looking to work in a regarded and dynamic team. Responsibilities Provide advice on a variety of employment law issues, including advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Represent clients at tribunals and other employment-related hearings Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with the latest legislative changes Contribute to business development and practice area growth initiatives About you Qualified solicitor 3 PQE in employment law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse client base Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Previous experience in delivering Employment Law training would be an advantage.
