Ward Clerk - The Caludon Centre - Sherbourne PICU Ward
32.5 hours per week • Band 2
We are looking to recruit to a Ward Clerk position at The Caludon Centre supporting our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on one of our Acute Mental Health In-patient Male Wards.
The post-holder will be required to work as part of an integrated and skill mixed team, providing effective and efficient admin support to the ward, mainly supporting the Ward Manager and ward staff.

We are looking for individuals with a positive approach who will be able to build effective working relationships and who will be flexible in their outlook. You will need to be able to multi-task and work autonomously but also as part of a team.
Computer skills will be required as duties will include data inputting, collating data information, ordering equipment, food and general supplies. You will also be taking timely and accurate messages, sending e-mails, scanning documents, keeping up-to-date patient records, patient records tracking, sorting the post and deliveries. Full training will be provided for systems used, e.g. Carenotes (patient system), Loop, Tracking, etc.
