Away Resorts are shaking up the industry and setting the new standards for what to expect from a UK Holiday Park. With 27 parks and resorts around the UK now, our Flagship Resort Tattershall Lakes is jaw‑dropping not only in its size but also what it offers our guests.
We need someone who will keep our grounds and the holiday park in tip‑top condition and looking spectacular, cutting, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will help the Grounds Manager ensure everything is in good working order. Your work will include:
* Grass cutting and strimming.
* Planting and weeding.
* Weekend and bank holiday work.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We will train you, but you’ll need to have the following skills and experience to apply for this role:
* An understanding of Health & Safety at work.
* Full driving licence.
* Ability to think for yourself and be proactive; great people skills, unfailing enthusiasm, and extremely high standards of craftsmanship.
