Service Manager Role
* Oversee service department team, including service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and controllers, to deliver seamless operations and first-class customer care
* Manage customer service standards, addressing complaints and feedback effectively to support customer loyalty and repeat business
* Optimise workshop workflow and resource planning by scheduling jobs, allocating technicians, and balancing capacity to minimise downtime
* Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs and managing budgets
* Oversee parts and tooling stock control, coordinating with the parts team to minimise stock-related service delays.
Service Manager Requirements
* Previous Service manager experience or similar.
* Strong Leadership
* Proven in largescale service operations
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexible approach to learning all sides of the business, with the willingness to progress.
* Full UK driving licence
