Communication Support
Location: Bracknell (1 day in office, 4 days WFH)
Pay: £20–£22 per hour (via umbrella)
Contract: Until November 2026
We’re seeking a Communication Support professional to join a global organisation at the forefront of innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about engaging stakeholders through compelling content and modern communication tools. This is an onsite-to-train role, transitioning into a hybrid working model of 1 day in the Bracknell office and 4 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation of engaging communications content to connect with stakeholders.
* Assist with editorial tasks and maintain digital communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, internal newsletters, podcasts, videos, social media, etc.).
* Monitor and analyse communication metrics to measure effectiveness.
* Contribute to the development of communication plans and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* Ensure alignment with branding and editorial style guidelines.
Skills & Experience
* Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); eager to learn new digital tools such as Zoom, Staffbase, and SharePoint.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a complex, global organisation.
* Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of communication planning, campaign delivery, and digital engagement.
Education & Additional Requirements
* A background in Communications (qualification, apprenticeship, or professional school).
* Fluent written and spoken English (other languages an advantage).
* Understanding of finance and e-billing tools, and contract electronic filing systems, is a plus.
* Familiarity with creative content tools is desirable.
