We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential service, comprising two homes supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the service meets all legislative and regulatory requirements in line with The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015. You’ll play a key role in establishing a nurturing, structured, and high-quality environment that promotes the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.
