Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Aberdeen. As a Partner at Ardroy Services, you will play a central role in shaping and advancing our real-time collaborative data science initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and delivery of innovative data-driven solutions, fostering strategic client partnerships, and driving business growth in the data science domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and clients, to design and implement real-time analytics platforms, oversee high-impact projects, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Day-to-day tasks may include guiding technical strategy, mentoring data science teams, spearheading client engagements, and championing the adoption of advanced machine learning and analytics solutions.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership in strategic planning and execution of data science initiatives
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining client relationships within data-driven industries
• Expertise in real-time analytics, machine learning, or collaborative data science platforms
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data science tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, cloud-based platforms, or real-time data processing frameworks)
• Significant experience in a leadership or senior role within data science or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications (e.g., MSc or PhD in a relevant discipline) are advantageous
