About the role We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply in our UK ride-hailing operations. You will work closely with the Operations Managers, where your contributions will directly impact business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics. Main tasks and responsibilities: City KPI Analysis : Develop a clear understanding of city dynamics to identify and solve problems. Improve City Performance : Look for actionable opportunities to enhance performance. Process Optimization : Help scale operations by finding the most efficient ways to transform processes. Data Analysis : Monitor engagement, quality, and utilization metrics to ensure an excellent experience for users and drivers. Driver Retention Strategies : Develop and execute plans to minimize driver churn. Industry Expertise : Be a subject matter expert in the UK ride-hailing industry and a strong communicator between Bolt and the driver community. About you: You have 3 years of experience in an analytical role. Comfortable developing analytical and decision-making frameworks to support strategies. Proactive mindset with the ability to drive independent initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with an analytical mindset (proficiency in Excel).
