PMO Analyst

About your role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to provide support at Portfolio, Programme, and Project levels. Key responsibilities include pipeline coordination, planning, reporting, financial tracking & analysis, monitoring, reviews, quality assurance, risk and issue management, change control, maintaining standards, and supporting PPM processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PMO activities and structured methodologies, with strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and leaders across BGB and beyond. This role offers analytical assurance and governance support to ensure the success of our PMO and opportunities to shape its future standards and practices.
This role is hybrid, with preferred locations being Leicester or Windsor, and occasional travel to other sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting: Developing dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, resource utilization, risks, and dependencies, providing insights for improvement.
* Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to PMO standards, monitoring KPIs, and presenting management information to drive performance improvements.
* Risk, Issue & Change Control: Establishing and monitoring processes for risks, issues, and changes, ensuring efficient closure and trend analysis at the portfolio level.
* Standards, Processes & Methods: Upholding and improving PMO standards, supporting change delivery, and contributing to process enhancements.
* Planning & Resourcing: Supporting the development of high-level portfolio plans, managing resource allocation, and highlighting constraints.
* Other Services: Providing administrative support for governance, project setup and closure, and knowledge management.
* Development: Participating in continuous improvement of PMO services and standards.
* Financial Responsibilities: Ensuring quality in tracking, reporting, and analyzing project finances.
* Experience & Skills: PMO analyst experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PMI, Prince2, P3O, OWB, ServiceNow or similar tools, and a degree or equivalent experience.
