What youll be doing
Manage confirmed meetings and group bookings from the Heathrow Sales Office (HSO) and handle social events from enquiry to execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring all event details are communicated to the Operations team.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standard.
Ensure seamless handover between sales and operations for all hotel events.
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through up-selling and offering event enhancements.
Deliver exceptional experiences that create memorable occasions for customers.
What were looking for
Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Computer literate
Strong communicator and confident
Previous hotel customer service experience desired
Previous experience planning events is a big plus but not essential
This is a full time position(40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of early and late shifts Monday to Sunday.
