Semi-Skilled Labourer - Brampton, Carlisle - Full-Time 6-8 cover

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 | Friday: 08:00 - 15:30 (Overtime: £19.07 per hour after 39 hours)

Start Date: ASAP Start Available

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Labourer to join a busy manufacturing team based in Brampton, Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time temp position with regular daytime hours and excellent overtime opportunity.

Working as part of the production team, you will assist in the manufacture of industrial goods, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the production and assembly of large industrial goods.
• Handling materials and components safely.
• Supporting different areas of the manufacturing process.
• Carrying out basic quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or labouring is advantageous but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible in your approach to work.
