We’re hiring for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established consumer products business in Glossop on a month-Long temporary basis, with the possibility to go permanent.

What will you be doing as an IT Support Analyst?
* Providing first line IT support across the business
* Managing helpdesk tickets and service desk requests
* Setting up users, laptops, phones, permissions and licences
* Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
* Managing device enrolment, compliance checks and app deployment
* Monitoring backups, logs, alerts and endpoint protection
* Supporting printers, warehouse systems, laptops and phones
* Creating user guides and keeping support documentation up to date
* Escalating risks, recurring issues and specialist support queries when needed
What will you need?
* Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory / Entra ID
* Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
* Basic understanding of networking and cyber security
* Ability to monitor systems including backups, logs and alerts
* Helpful, patient approach with strong communication skills
