Sales & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offers. Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative and persuasive communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by management. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and previous interactions to nurture potential opportunities. 3. Data & Reporting Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and sales outcomes in CRM systems. Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline updates. 4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to align strategies.
