* Annual appraisals and personal development plans
* Supportive team culture with great colleagues and admin support
* 5.6 weeks holiday pay, no weekends or bank holidays

The Role
You'll work from our purpose-built clinic in Abbots Ripton, seeing clients of all ages with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. We're looking for someone who enjoys using hands-on skills (sports massage or a similar qualification is desirable), who communicates with warmth and clarity, and who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment.
You'll contribute to the clinic's growth, while also investing in your own career development, supported by both in-house and external training opportunities. An interest in ageing well would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
Who We're Looking For
* HCPC and CSP registered (essential)
* Strong MSK physiotherapy background with hands-on/manual skills
* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
* A team player – collaborative, friendly, supportive
* Full driving license essential - the clinic is in a rural location
* Motivated to grow both personally and professionally
