Working Hours: Full-time approx. 30 hours per week (as per contract).

We are seeking an experienced couple to manage the day-to-day running of our friendly members’ club.
Duties include overseeing the bar, kitchen, cellar, events, and general maintenance. The role includes a
competitive salary and full retention of menu profits. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience and customer service skills. References required.

Role Overview
As Club Steward, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of the club,
including the bar, kitchen, and cellar. Your focus will be on ensuring a high-quality experience for our members, maintaining facilities, and supporting events. The position offers the ideal opportunity for a couple or family looking to run a close-knit, community-focused establishment.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage all aspects of the club’s daily operations.
•Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests.
•Liaise regularly with the Management Committee.
•Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of club facilities.
•Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
•Assist with planning and support club events and special occasions.
•Oversee stock control for bar and kitchen.
•Manage bar and food service areas efficiently.
•Prepare and serve food; create and maintain a menu for members.
Requirements
•Experience in a similar role (club, pub, or hospitality setting preferred).
•Strong leadership and team management skills
