Service Advisor
Join the Aftersales team at Lloyd BMW/MINI in North Tyneside.
Salary: £27,000 base with OTE of £34,570 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00, with one Saturday each month
Role Responsibilities
* Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
* Advise on technical queries and issues.
* Book vehicles into the department for work, informing customers of progress.
* Sell customer repairs/parts and finalize invoices on completion.
Required Skills & Experience
* Motivated with a proactive approach to customer service.
* Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a well‑presented appearance.
* IT literate, and working knowledge of Kerridge advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
