About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive project success from initial engagement through to delivery and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, project coordination, and contract negotiation who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
* Analyse customer needs from both technical and economic perspectives.
* Draft and manage specifications, bids, and project schedules.
* Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
* Monitor and report on project performance (OTD, budgets, etc.).
* Validate project costing and manage financial aspects.
* Lead meetings, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
