Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 Autism Support (Full-Time) Location: Worthing, West Sussex Employer: Teaching Personnel Start Date: September Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism at a welcoming and supportive school in Lyminster. This role involves providing tailored support to a non-verbal child with Autism, helping them access learning, develop communication strategies, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement personalised strategies that promote engagement, independence, and wellbeing.
