Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Litigation Paralegal is based in Birmingham. You will be required to manage your own caseload start‑to‑end, working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
The role requires a proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently progressing up to 50–60 files under supervision of a solicitor, with a strong understanding of case progression and client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for a varied caseload of pre-litigated or litigated work.
* Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients upon receipt of instructions.
* Review instructions and provide client advice on case prospects.
* Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation within client service standards by assessing liability and quantum.
* Instruct experts and counsel, draft Particulars of Claims, Witness Statements and other Court documents.
* Maintain contact with our clients and whilst proactively managing their expectations.
* Ensure that Abraham Baron Solicitors brand and standards are maintained.
