We are looking for a Commercial Plumber to join our team to provide a brilliant service to our colleagues and customers, supporting the wider team to achieve its ambitious goals by ensuring things run smoothly and effectively through owning operational administrative activities associated with the business.

Reporting into the Mechanical Labour Manager, you will have day to day ownership of a number of key areas crucial to the running of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Installing Hot & Cold Water Systems within commercial buildings.
Installing above-ground drainage systems within commercial buildings.
Installing commercial washrooms & shower facilities within commercial buildings.
Installing heating systems within commercial buildings, including Gas Boilers & ASHP's.
Interpreting drawings, marking up & setting out for installing piping systems & equipment.
Adhere to the company's H&S policies and working to safe standards.
Other Duties (not limited to):
Working with other trade disciplines as part of a multi-skilled team.
Working overtime as and when necessary at the company's discretion.
Supervising apprentices when assigned to work alongside them.
Managing & logging work activities using the company's management software on a mobile device ( FSI Go).
What we're looking for;
5 to 10+ years of experience working as a Commercial Plumber
Someone who can build strong professional relationships with other colleagues in order to understand the business goals
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Who can use their own initiative
Who is extremely organised and able to prioritise a changing to-do list
Has excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
They have pride in their work.
Qualifications:
Time served apprenticeship or equivalent.
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 and above.
CSCS skills card in plumbing or HVAC.
Water Regs Cert
Gas Safe registered, though not essential
