What You'll Be Doing
As a Commission Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, acting as the key client interface and ensuring objectives are met through value-driven cost management.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial & budget management
* Feasibility cost planning and design appraisals
* Procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
* Risk management and value engineering
* Post-contract cost control: valuations, final accounts, claims resolution
* Performance appraisal and contractor close-out
* Supporting internal business initiatives and product development
What Were Looking For
* Proven consultancy experience in cost management
* RICS membership (or working towards it)
* Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
* Ability to manage commissions of varying size and complexity
* A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering excellence
