Job Description

We are currently looking for an F&B Manager to lead a talented F&B team.

The F&B Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, directing the F&B team to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and managing the business to ensure it is profitable. The role involves managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards and controlling inventory.

Your main duties as F&B Manager will include:

* Coordinating the team to ensure that each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management
* Creating a culture that is service‑focused, positive, driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach
* Providing a high‑quality service throughout the guests’ stay, ensuring that all requests are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
* Fostering the talent within the department to ensure that the team is effective in their current roles and developed to the next level
* Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation between kitchen and service
* Ensuring constant liaison with the Conference department
* Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service
* Creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / Hotel


Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high performance standards
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling complaints professionally
* Skills in budgeting, cost control, stock management, and driving revenue
* Clear and effective communication with staff, guests, and suppliers
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee operations, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day service
* Previous experience in a similar field
