We're currently recruiting for Paralegals and Legal Executives to join a busy and growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team based in Basingstoke. These roles offer a great opportunity for professionals looking to build their experience in a supportive, well-established legal environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the progression of probate files
* Managing a small caseload of estate administration matters
* Assisting with trust registrations via HMRC's TRS
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a WTP team
* CILEX qualification preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
