Residential Property/Block Manager !

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of private rental assets. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of both AST property management and residential compliance. A background in Build to Rent or the Private Rental Sector would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation
* Conduct regular property inspections and manage insurance claims
* Resolve tenant issues with professionalism and discretion
* Liaise with contractors, obtain competitive quotes, and oversee works
* Review and verify invoices, including utilities and council tax
* Support construction managers and assist with project handovers
* Manage renewals of EPCs, Gas Safety, and Electrical Certificates
* Oversee end-of-tenancy processes and deposit handling
* Provide assistance to asset management and finance teams
* Coordinate property access for inspections and maintenance
About You:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
* TPI, NFoPP / ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Proactive, organised, and confident in decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Adaptable, approachable, and committed to high standards
