Job Description:
1. As the Internal Account Manager you will contact new and existing customers to sell the whole range of products
2. Take incoming customer orders and upsell
3. Direct opportunities to the ASMs where relevant
4. Managing accounts that fall outside the ASM’s target accounts or vacant areas
5. As the Internal Account Manager you go the extra mile to facilitate sales
6. Proactively follow up on Webinars / events to generate sales
7. As the Internal Account Manager you will handle general product queries
8. Enter and update information into OCE System
9. As the Internal Account Manager you will take and process orders in an accurate manner
10. Build and manage an accurate and compliant customer database
For the Internal Account Manager, it would be good to see candidates with:
11. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales, business development, account management, customer service or similar role is essential
12. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
13. Ideally a background in Pharmaceuticals, Scientific, Life Sciences or similar industries is highly desirable
14. Good knowledge of CRM systems
15. Understanding of Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas
16. Ability to learn about products
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Outstanding telephone manners
19. Excellent negotiation skills and able to quickly resolve issues
20. Due to UK and International travel you will need a full current UK driving license and a passport
This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Crewe, Nantwich, Stone, Stafford, Market Drayton, Stone, Woore and surrounding areas.
The role would suit candidates with the following experience: Internal Sales, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Development, Telesales, Business Development or similar
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Per Annum + Annual Bonus
