Conveyancing Solicitor:\n\nThis is a busy, full time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team.\n\nYou will be required to:\n\n * Manage conveyancing files from start to finish\n\n * Handle all paperwork\n\n * Draft contracts\n\n * Carry out property searches\n\n * Check mortgage offers\n\n * Prepare all matters for completion and post completion\n\n * Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process\n\n * Provide general administrative support to the wider team\n\nWe are looking for:\n\n * Previous experience in residential conveyancing\n\n * Ability to manage your own workload\n\n * Be a team player with excellent communication skills\n\nIf you are a qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing then this could be the next step for you.
