Job Title: Graduate Structural Engineer

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a growing and quality-driven engineering team based in Bromsgrove. This role has been created due to continued business growth and offers the chance to work across a diverse range of projects of varying scale and complexity.
You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers, with full support provided towards achieving chartered status.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design and analysis of structural engineering projects across a range of sectors and project values
* Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
* Produce accurate technical calculations, reports, and drawings
* Work closely with a Senior Engineer and wider team to ensure project objectives are met
* Ensure all work is completed in line with quality standards and project deadlines
* Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Technical Skills & Tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Exposure to or experience with industry software such as:
* IStructE guidance tools
* TEDDS (or similar structural design software)
Requirements
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and positive team player
* Ability to manage workload and work effectively to deadlines
* Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
