Main Duties of the Role
1. Providing 1st Line Support to customers via phone and remote tools providing excellent customer service
2. Logging tickets, and escalating when required
3. Prioritising workloads and action tickets in line with SLAs
4. Maintaining documentation accurately and keeping it up to date
Your Skills and Experience
5. Experience within a similar position
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
7. Windows Desktop Operating Systems
8. Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
9. Hardware Support
10. Full driving license
Salary
11. £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
