Join Our Team in Burnley: Impact Lives Daily
Are you a passionate educator looking to make a genuine difference in an Alternative Provision setting? We are currently seeking a dedicated Tutor or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Burnley for an immediate start.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a focused, supportive environment where your expertise can directly shape the future of students who require specialised educational support.

* Location: Burnley
* Start Date: ASAP

Who We Are Looking For
We need someone resilient, empathetic, and adaptable. Whether you are an experienced HLTA or a Tutor with a background in SEN/SEMH, your ability to connect with "hard to reach" learners is what matters most.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational or alternative setting.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a patient approach.
* Reliability to commit to a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
