Our client are seeking a Revenue Accountant to take ownership of invoicing, reconciliations and performance reporting across cloud services, software renewals and hardware warranties. This is a hands-on role with high visibility across the business, working closely with Sales, Account Management and Finance to ensure accurate billing, strong controls and clear profitability insights. Key Responsibilities * Own the billing, reconciliation and reporting of cloud services, software renewals and hardware warranties * Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across Single Tenancy and Multi-Tenancy customers * Track contract renewals, licence fees, storage charges and customer profitability * Maintain strong financial controls and reconcile data across Azure, Salesforce and Sage * Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management and Finance to resolve billing queries and disputed items * Monitor renewals billing performance and support accurate revenue reporting * Provide financial analysis and support audit and ad-hoc project requirements Key attributes Essential: * Degree-level qualification * Experience in receivables or billing-related roles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Advanced Excel capability Desirable: * Experience using Sage and Salesforce * Understanding of cloud cost structures (e.g. Azure) * Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles About You: * A confident communicator, able to present financial data clearly * Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels * Organised, detail-oriented and proactive * Experienced in fast-paced, commercial environments Benefits * Private Medical Insurance * 25 Days holiday plus BH * Birthday Off * Purchase up to an additional 5 days of holiday * Employee Assistance Programme * Aim to finish work at 2pm on Fridays * We embrace hybrid working and, where it is operationally practicable * Pension scheme via NEST.
