As a Papa John’s Area Manager, you’ll lead a large team with Store Managers reporting directly to you. You’ll guide your team to drive profitable, safe, and compliant businesses.

Salary: Up to £41,000 a year

Qualifications
Skills we are looking for in our Area Manager:
* Experience of engaging and leading a team
* Ability to prioritise workload based on people needs and commercial benefits
* Initiative to identify growth opportunities which drive profitability
* Experience of overseeing scheduling and all cost lines to drive profitability
* Use of POS systems, Excel & Word, and aptitude to learn internal systems
Experience & Qualities:
* Energy, positivity & clarity of purpose
* Strong history of developing talent internally
* In-depth knowledge of the hospitality retail environment
* Track record of operating businesses safely and legally
* At least 2 years management experience (multi-unit leadership preferred)
* Valid UK driving licence (extensive travel may be required)
* Willingness to work weekends and nights
* Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
