Purpose of the Role
This role sits at the heart of how the organisation understands its people. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of global workforce planning and organisational management activities, ensuring leaders have clear, evidence-based insight to make confident decisions.
You’ll maintain accurate organisational structures in SuccessFactors, support global and local structure sign-off processes, and ensure workforce documentation remains current and reliable. You’ll build and manage data sets, transform complex workforce movements into meaningful narratives, and help the business understand not just what is happening — but why.
Working closely with the Workforce Planning Manager and HR Business Partners across regions, you’ll support organisational design and development initiatives that enable sustainable growth. You’ll also contribute to HR systems projects and the People Industrialisation Readiness Plan, helping strengthen how the business manages, interprets, and acts on workforce data.
This is a role for someone who sees data as more than numbers — someone who can turn workforce activity into clear stories, trends, and recommendations that shape decisions at every level.
