About the Role
We are currently seeking Sterile Production Technicians to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is scaling up significantly, offering strong long‑term career progression and development opportunities.
We are open to candidates at varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to experienced production professionals. Additionally, we are hiring for lead‑level positions, so candidates with supervisory or team leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform manufacturing activities in a sterile / aseptic environment in line with GMP standards
* Operate and monitor production equipment within cleanroom settings
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate documentation and batch records
* Support cleaning, sterilisation, and environmental monitoring activities
* Identify and report deviations, ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient production processes
* Supervise and support production teams on shift
* Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards
* Provide training and guidance to junior team members
* Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Key Requirements
* Experience in aseptic / sterile manufacturing (highly desirable and preferred)
* Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments
* Understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Stable work history (candidates with frequent short‑term roles will not be considered)
Education & Experience
* Degree in a Life Sciences discipline (for graduate‑level candidates), or
* Relevant hands‑on experience in production / manufacturing environments
