Barchester’s rapidly expanding finance team has an opportunity for a Payment Agreement Assistant to join us on a permanent basis. This varied position involves supporting the Operational Finance Manager with:
1. Processing payment agreements and Land Registry search requests
2. Updating all financial databases and company systems to ensure current and accurate information
This is a remote position, with occasional travel for meetings and training.
Requirements:
* GCSE in Maths and English
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
* Support the Operational Finance Team to achieve targets and support the business’s success
* Undertake Land Registry and Zoopla valuation searches and prepare property finance check templates
* Obtain necessary information to complete property finance checks
* Process payment agreement requests
* Research to determine if residents/customers meet scheme requirements
* Ensure debt security through payment and settlement agreements
* Monitor active Payment and Settlement Agreements
